Organiser's Description
Swim Bike Run is an initiative launched by Triathlon England to provide people with the opportunity to take part in multisport event regularly and at a minimal cost. The events are short (200m pool swim, 10km cycle and 3km run), easy to access and repeated so that individuals can see progress if they wish to do it again.
We are running 3 events in 2025, starting in April and once a month until June
– 19th April 2025
– 24th May 2025
– 28th June 2025
The events are low key, therefore no finish gantry, goody bags etc. Participants will be timed and results will be sent out within a couple of days, all included in the price.
The events will start at Herons Leisure Centre. All swimming is pool based and supported by Triathlon coaches and lifeguards.
